National Credit Adjustors????

Has anyone had to deal with this collectiion company......National Credit Adjustors? One of my pdl's, sent me email today saying that my account has been sent to these people?


they are a complete bottomfeeder that breaks the law hand over fist.when they contact you demand something in writing before further pursuing.a couple of questions if i may.

1)who was the lender?
2)how much was borrowed?
3)how much was debited prior to default?
4)state you are in?

answer those and we can further advise.just know NCA is a lawbreaking botomfeeder.

lender was CMG group LCC

loan amount $250, but they want $325

I have paid $75 and closed my bank account before they could take out anymore

I am in North Carolina

I had sent them a letter specifying that I would pay them the remaining amount of the principle in several payments, but never got a reply, just the one telling me they gave me to the collectors.

I looked at their website and they have a way to pay online..should I just go ahead and pay them the remaining $175 and be done with them?
