Hi, I read in another forum that some people had luck getting deleted from credit reports by Asset Acceptance by sending emails to the CEO. Anyone have the email addresses of higher ups at Asset Acceptance? Please PM it to me. Thanks. I'll keep everyone updated on my progress. Also, if others had success with them, please post how.

Here is the letter that I got back from Asset Acceptance in response to my DV:

"We received your correspondence regarding information reported by a credit reporting agency relating to the aboce referenced account. We reviewed the information you provided, as well as out account notes, and information provided by the original creditor.

This letter is to inform you we are presently unable to determine the nature of your dispute. We will report your account as "disputed" to the credit reporting agencies.

If you still have reason to believe the information is inaccurate, please provide an explanation of why it is inaccurate, as well as any supporting documentation.

If you have any questions regarding the above matter, please contact the Compliance Department between the hours of 8am and 4pm EST."

They didnt provide me any information about the original account, what should my next step be?

Thanks.

re-send the DV letter with this added.

you have not properly validated this debt.please provide validation,or further correspondence will be noted and documented.

bottomline bottomfeeders especially this one will try tactics like this to try and put one over on people.they didn't even try to validate.re-send the letter.send it certified mail return receipt again.
