There was an attorney send my son a letter for a medical bill. He has 30 days to respond. Her name is Laura Tragesser, I goggled her and she works for Revenue Recovery. Just checking into options before we contact her. He is young and had a car accident, and has no clue on how to handle. If the balance is a little over 1,000. Do they have to accept payments from him or will they force the whole amount? The letter was from her not RR. It says if he does not reply or dispute they will obtain copy of judgment.WHAT TO DO? help..I am sure that this bill is prob legit..I posted about this earlier before site when on brink and could not find so sorry if this is a repost.. Thanks in advance..
Send a DV request in writing
Send a DV request in writing via a CMRRR as a response and if you get enough proof that the loan does belong to your son, you can then call them (the CA/attorney) and negotiate a settlement.
