They stole my money

I had a finance company take money from my account 2 times on the same day. Their excuse was that I authorized them to do so. I in no way shape or form authorized this. I managed to get it straightened out. My money was put back in my account and they paid my overdraft fees. This all seems great, right? It was until I checked my account and they did it again on Thanksgiving Day. So now I can't go to the Black Friday sales and shop for my kids Christmas. This is a day when I should be thankful for what I have but, instead I'm pissed about what has been taked from me and my children.:mad::(:confused:
