I was looking at my credit report cause of Asset telling me they were going to sue me....those credit card charges are in dispute as fradulent. What I need to know is how do I get these people to leave me alone.

How is it that they told you they were going to sue you? When did they tell you that? If they sent you a letter you need to respond to it within 30 days that you dispute their claim. There are many examples here of what is called a debt validation letter. That's what you need to mail to them with proof of delivery. It will be much easier to dispose of before they get a judgment. Once they get a judgment in court its a lot more complicated. A DV letter may very well resolve the whole matter for you because if they can't send you what is required in the Fair Debt Collections statutes then they cannot verify and therefor will not sue you.:!:
