This company is calling my cell phone, I got my cell phone number 2 weeks ago and they call with a recording message that goes to my voicemail saying that if I'm still listening I'm accepting that I'm the right person. When I called them back to let them know is not me it says that I have to leave a message due to the high call volume, then their voicemail is full so I can not leave a message. I want them to stop, What should I do?

Which company are you referring to? I think you are being harassed by some PDL collection agency. If they are harassing you, then file police complaints as well as with the FTC and the BBB.

Ask your phone service provider if they can block the number which can be done at a nominal cost.

I get calls like that from collectors for pdls that I had last y

I get calls like that from collectors for pdls that I had last year. I let ALL unknown numbers go to voice mail - I never answer them. Then I delete them from the voice mail after seeing who it was that called. I NEVER call them back.

You can always have your number changed too. All my "business" calls go to my cell phone so I can screen them.
