Can they sue me?
Date: Mon, 12/13/2010 - 09:32
This collection agency calls both at work and at home. I have sent a validation letter and I put in the letter to only contact me in writing. I mailed the letter certified mail--but they never signed for the letter so it was returned to my post office. So, I faxed them and sent the letter fegular mail.. They are still calling and saying some mumbo jumbo about a law suit. (I don't answer their calls--but they leave me messages--and they always wish me "Good Luck"!)
Can they really sue me for not paying this illegal lender? Help!
