Threatening Call From CA?

I got a call from a number that showed up as '786-786' ... It was a foreign person who I could barely understand. He said something about a lawsuit against me and that they would like contact my attorney. I have no clue what it was about but I think it must be some kind of scam related to payday loans i had years ago...any advice?
yes it is scam.file a police report for the call.then file AG,AN
yes it is scam.file a police report for the call.then file AG,AND FTC complaints using whatever callback number they give.then ignore them as again a scam in INDIA.they won't do squat except call.if you return the call it will start a deluge of calls.file the report and complaints.then try to ignore them.
