Does anyone have an address for this Allied Interstate number?

They call EVERY OTHER MORNING! No one speaks, it just hangs up when I answer. BELIEVE ME, I am ready to go off on someone if they ever do speak!! I've called it back, and it's empty space or I get some foreign message?! They call around 8:22 every 2nd or 3rd morning. UUUUGH!!! Anyone have and address or solution?? I don't even owe these people!
