Home Saver Loan

About 2 years ago I refinanced my mortgage with a homesaver loan. The loan, which was $2k, was incorporated into my existing loan. All my payments are automatic and have never been late. I started getting letters from a collection agency referencing this loan. I contacted the bank several times to make sure I was current, which I am and have always been. I keep getting these letters saying I owe this collector but this is not true. So far, they have only sent letters and my bank says to just ignore them. I'm not sure if this is best. I'm not sure if I should contact them or just wait it out. Just looking for some insight.
You should let the debt collector know that your are current on
You should let the debt collector know that your are current on the payments and that your lender has not charged off the account. You should even send them a cease and desist letter and ask them to stop contacting you regarding the account.
