Got a phone call at work. A man with a thick accent wanting to verify info on address and asked if i every was arrested at work. Would not give me a name or company name so i hung up on him. He called my cell, telling me i will be arrested and yelling. The number was 732-203-7708 does anyone know who it is.

I spoke with a guy by the name of Andrew Fentoff at this number. He threatened to have my sister arrested at work and within an hour. I called and he asked for my last name. I informed him that I do not have an account with them. He said just spell your last name stupid. This can not be a legit collection agency. If it is third party and they are in the United States. Then this is clearly a fdcpa Violation. I believe that this is probably an international collection agency and have no boundaries or rights to collect for the U.S. My sister will be contacting an Attorney and will keep me posted on what's going on.

Then he said something about my social secerity number. Does anyone know who the United States Processing Department is?? Please fill me in. Thanks

if you took out a quick pay loan then and didn't pay it on time these people call and pretend that they are from somewhere of a hire power. i got a call today from the same man that is horasing people saying that we are going to jail and that they are going to come to my job and arrest me. also he said he was the fbi, so i have turned him in to the police department here and alost i am contacting my local fbi department and also let them know that they are doing this, it is against the law to impersonate an fbi agent. also, those of you that have been contacted from other high power business should report to them that this is going on. good luck to you all and i am trying to stop them before they get to someone elses job threating them.

Yes you are right. We must exercise our rights. They can not go on harassing us just because we owe money to them. We are aware of our moral obligations. But due to certain unavoidable circumstances we can not fulfill those obligations on time. That does not mean we will run away with their money. We will certainly pay off our debts. But the way these people behave with us is really sick. They make us feel as if we have committed the greatest sins on the earth. I think they are the ones who should need a lecture or two on morality and decency.
