I have been getting calls claiming i am being sued, need my attorney to call etc...i've never received anything in writing. The numbers are a 772 area code and a 724 area code...very shady...any advice on how to handle this?

The next time they call you, ask them to send you something in writing that will validate the debt. After that, just ignore them and file a case against them with your local police authorities.
