They are attempting to scam you. Do not answer the phone again, or if you want to have some fun, answer and ask what the person on the other end of the line is wearing. This is a very common scam - they say you owe a payday loan and threaten you with arrest. It's a lie and a lowlife scammer calling you - DO NOT pay them!!!
