My sister gets a call from them about me, a loan from over 10 years ago, from a school who took these funds and never gave the education that was to be given. and now im reliable for it no i don't think so. so i will be giving them some new combacks on the law my self by taking them and the gov to court, they are claiming a 3000.00 claim and it was only for 1,500 hmm wonder if their able to get from some who refuses to work. and take from them in return. wonder if they will like this? see this is why the usa is not a country of freedom. your always gona owe the gov for something your not liable for.

Who is calling - someone representing the school or the original loan provider? In this country, at least, not feeling that you received the education you deserved or anticipated does not relieve you from the debt. I wish you the best of luck, but I expect that you will find the legal system unsympathetic to your claim that you do not owe the money since you did not receive the education you wished.
