I took out a loan with plain green for $1200.00 i made some payments on the loan but fell in some financial trouble and went through pay day support to continue to pay them at a reduced rate so i thought, just now finding out that pay day support has not paid them any of the money that i sent them and now plain green has sold the loan to national credit adjusters who keeps calling me about 5 times a day saying that i owe them $2200.00 and all i borrowed was $1200.00 so what should i do about this since they are illegal in the state of va.

Online lenders must be licensed in Virginia. so plain green being a tribal lender is illegal in VA due to not being licensed in the state to lend. I would send National Credit Adjusters a Cease and Desist - here is the link to help you draft the letter - you will want to send it to them Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested.. you can also fax a copy to them for double measure.
