I rec'd an alert that a collection has been added to my accout from my credit watch company. It was from Focus Receivables and I I do not not know of any outstanding bills I have. I pay mycredid cards monthly and do not have any outstanding debts.

I sentd e-mails to F/R requesting information who, what for, when and they will not answer me.

I feel this is a scam and have checked into them and thier background.
What should I do now as my credit rating is could be affected??

If you don???t owe any debt, then you need not to worry regarding this issue. You may make a written request for a debt validation letter to the Focus Receivables. If they don???t reply, then forward them a C&D letter. You can also make a written request to the credit-reporting agency to remove the inaccurate information from your credit report.
