I WANT A BALANCE WHEN I SED IN MY PAYMENT. THEY TELL ME NO!!!, THEY DON'T DO THAT. ALL I NEED TO DO IS KEEP SENDING MY PAYMENTS IN. SO HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL. AND I WOULD LIKE RECEIPT. THEY AGAIN TOLD ME KNOW .THE ONWER DOESNT LET US DO THAT. SO HOW DO I KNOW MY PAYMENTS ARE EVEN BEING PAID .:mad:

Collection agencies are not billing agencies...there is no obligation for them to send you receipts or monthly balance letters. Learn to use excel and make your own spread sheet.
