Kept getting calls from the following number:

1 866 488 4299

A search just now shows it coming from
TrueLogic Financial, Colorado

Have NEVER gotten letter(s) from them since either.
My search shows two addresses for said company.
Am I best to send a DV letter to both addresses found?

I have the following:

TrueLogic Financial
7100 E Bellview Ave
Greenwood Village, Co. 80111-1632

Corp HQ
TrueLogic Financial
Denver Tech Center
10,000 E Geddes Ave. Ste 100
Englewood, Co. 80112

As mentioned, I've gotten calls, but no letter etc....
So, I have no clue as to whay they need. And I'm certainly NOT gonna call back. My work schedule prevents me from doing so! Work schedule also prevents me from accepting phone calls at home between the hours of 8AM and 9PM. I'm either getting ready for bed, in bed reading, or sound alseep.

Also have a couple more DV letters I gotta get ready and mail out ASAP. Even had one kindly VERIFY my info, but totally fail to provide the required VALIDATION, as I requested they do.

Thoughts, comments or suggestions welcomed!
Thanks.

I think if it were me, I would write the two places a letter and inquire as to why they are calling you. And also, that you are requesting validation again, and until you get the proper validation you are not going to pay what you owe if in fact you owe anything.

Someone else will be along shortly to advice you further. That is just how I would handle the situation.

I've got a generic letter I've been using. All I have to do is change company name. A new letter will be drafted also, as necessary.
And yes, I include the Call cease/desist and contact by US Mail only. Doesn't really seem to matter, as it's all ignored anyway. Or it's passed along and the process repeats itself.

That's one thing I like about my job, I have PLENTY of overnight time to think this stuff over and mentally draft the necessary letter(s).
