A while back i received a letter from a Tyson Law firm in Dallas and they say they are collecting for mycashtime.
In the letter it looked like one of the letters mycashtime has sent me before but with the attorney's verbiage at the top.

It has all the normal claims that i committed fraud and that my client my pursue me with further action ect.

It threatened wage garnishment which i know is only allowed for child support and and a couple of federal loans.

These people are crooked when i got so many calls from them i sent them a Validation ans C&D letter and they persisted to call me after that.

I was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with these people before and if anyone knows as far as Texas what is allowed as far as if they file a judgment against me what is allowed.
