can a credit card company change their mind and through the courts garnish my unemployment benefits to make a payment considering my husband is on social security benefits and workmans comp and his name is not on the cards and i have already been in court over this matter and the court date is cont. until next month? can i agree to pay them 10 dollars a month and they can not touch my unemployment checks
