I received a petition in suit on open account from unifund ccr. There is no court date. They want me to fill out a request for admissions paper, to admit that the plaintiff is the assignee of and originator anf an account and admit the amount set forth in the plaintiffs petition. how do i respond?

I would respond to most of the questions with:

Without sufficient documentation from plaintiff, defendant can not affirm or deny any information pertaining to this claim.

Defendant can not affirm or deny this claim.

Defendant is without sufficient documentation to deny or affirm.

Etc. etc.

Affirm the address and so forth if it's correct.
