These guys are crazy! Received a phone call yesterday from an Andrew saying i owe monies, he wanted me to verifiy info, i wouldn't and hung up. He called my cell yelling about being arrested, etc.... So i called my local police here in Idaho. Well i had a message this morning from Robert Mathews different number same people, same thing. So ive call both numbers 714-243-5226 and 732-203-7708 have got no info on the company, just hung up on. What is the deal, how do i file a complaint and to who?

If they call you again, make them aware of the fdcpa laws and ask for the debt to be validated in writing. They can't make you pay until you know the details of the debt. If you never owed to anyone, they are calling you for wrong reasons. Record the phone calls after verifying your state laws and get the help of an attorney for filing a case on FDCPA violations.
