Threatening to call my employer saying I committed fraud

I got a call today from a guy with a very thick accent from something called United Legal. He said I could be arrested and some crazy things. I pretty much know I cannot be arrested for a past due debt (I do not even recall any payday loans that have not been paid off). The one thing he did say that bothered me is that he would call my employer and tell them I had committed fraud by using their computer to apply for the loan. This supposedly was from a loan in 2006. I do not even work at the same company. Can they call that company and have me arrested for fraud because I applied for a loan from my work computer??? Scary! Help!
