United Legal again ..

I am starting to get calls from United Legal again. They are calling through an 800 number now. When I looked it up on the Internet, it looks like other people have reported it as being them. The calls stopped for about five months and then started up again.
When I looked up the 800 number, there were posts on there from people who said you need to report them to the FBI and Secret Service if you get calls. Has anyone on here done that and do you think it does any good?
I have not talked to them as I have always been told on here to ignore them. However, I cannot figure out why they will not go away. They go away for several months and then seem to start up again. However, they never leave a message this time.
I did check my credit report and found one outstanding payday loan ... I guess I had forgotten about it. However, it is listed with a totally different collection agency. One that has never contacted me actually. It is 5 years old.

What was the collection agency? I had one that never contacted me and reported on my credit report. I disputed with the credit bureau and it ended up getting removed.
