thank you for reply, this company united legal services headquarters 646-289-8296, with the threats he made to me on my answering about going to jail, and saying he was a officer, plus him threating me live over the phone today if i did not pay him by 2pm today or go to jail, i know his number is unlisted, can i take his to the police and let them here recording, when i was told i owed 806$ when i mentioned attorney he got very defensive, this guy scares me as he has my social number, please advise

do not worry.chances are this is another alias of US NATIONAL BANK.a scam that bought or stole peoples info from ipdls.this person and i use that term loosely can't have you arrested.he also broke the law because he is nothing but a collection clown.next time he calls demand something in writing,then hang up in his ear.yo won't be arrested.debts are civil matters not criminal ones.
