this is on my credit report just states unpaid 102.00 but does not give address or phone. I am assuming this is a collection agency, anyone familiar with them.

There is a separate part of your credit report that lists contact info for those reporting. See if you can locate them that way. You do want to send them a validation letter certified mail. When you get confirmation they got it, then you can dispute with the CRA and if it gets verified then you have them one the first of likely many violations and it gives you some ammo to use against them.

This Company/Companies is some real BS. I just saw an item on my Equifax report from W.C.I. - like others say, no name or contact listed, just a PO Box. I tried to call above number, get a "high call volume" message, directed to leave a voicemail, and after the beep, "mailbox is full" message. I see the same item from ER Solutions on an older Experian Report (neither company shows on my current Experian). When I called the number for ER Solutions, I GOT THE EXACT SAME MESSAGES about high call volume and a full mailbox. This seems very shady to say the least.

Upon reviewing my report 3 companies are the same
ER Solutions, Convergent Outsourcing and WCI
addresses listed are
500 SW 7th ST Building A 100 Renton, WA 98055
800 SW 39th ST Renton, WA 98057
PO Box 980739 Redmond, WA 98073
Called the numbers listed above and 1-800-444-8485
All go to the same company
I believe they are one company broken into parts so that can keep debt alive by switching the names
