Unsecured business no personal guarantee

Hey all,

Like a lot of small business owners, my business tanked when the banks shut down. My clients could not buy, and I could not sustain my business through the hard times, because each time I paid off a loan, it got shut down!

So now I need the money the live.

A very interesting observation. The business lines of credit were in the business name, and had no personal guarantee.

I had one credit card, that was consumer loan credit card, (which was also shut down, even though I had perfect credit and payments) and went right to an attorney.

The business lines are like 4 months in default, and nothing. I get calls, but then after I sent the cease and desist, nothing after that.

My consumer account is only 1 month behind, and already went to an attorney.

So I guess my question is, if the business cards are not personally guaranteed, then, is that why no one is going after me?

So far the only that tried is Advanta. They threatened to sue me over the phone, but honestly , after dealing with them for five years, I 'd rather have them take me to court. So far, all they did was write me a dunning letter, and then ignored my debt validation letter.
