Unwanted credit card

My Experian report show comenity/Cathrins and I'm trying to just get this erased off my report and the person I talked to at comenity says I have to call Experian? Really don't understand.

This is a Catherines (the clothing store) card. I am assuming you opened an account with them? You can close it but that would drop your score a bit plus it will continue to report for 10 years. You cannot just have it erased because you do not want it.
