:confused::confused:My account is 180 days past due. I have not had a settlement offer. They have turned it over to collections....Will they give me an offer?

I had a second mortgage with them but I also filed chapter 7 on them so in my case I offered them a settlement so it was they could take it or end up with nothing. So you may be able to work out a settlement with them. I would at least try.
