i know why 2 different bbb ratings claimed

the expert answer is using the old michigan address so i looked up under the florida address and under florida it is a a+ rating
if you file complaints on a michigan address it does not change the ratings for all other addresses and as far as bbb is concerned if you have 300 different addresses then you are 300 different and separate businesses so a michigan can have a f and all others any combination of ratings
here is the florida one and i am not a employee - just a person that looked up the rating using the florida address
