us national bank is harassing me also

yesterday while i was at work a had got a call saying that I had a lawsuit starting against me from US National Bank saying that I took out an internet loan on December 4, 2007 and that I never repayed it so I was getting proscuted with 3 federal felony charges and that they were working with a lawyer to try to settle the debt before the court papers got filed. I kept trying to ask her the amount of the loan and she kept getting louder and more rude and couldnt tell me the amount of the loan. And the scary thing was is that she knew my current bank account number. So I called my bank and they made me aware that I didn't even open my account until Jan 28th of 2008 so that was impossible. So called them back at 917-628-2521 and a man answered the phone saying "hello". and he starting saying the same thing as the lady and i kept telling him that this was impossible b/c i didn't have this account at that time and he kept cutting me off and yelling at and just kept asking if I was going to pay it or go before a judge. He said I could pay it off and just try to get my money back later. I ended up calling the F.B.I about the call
