We repeatedly get calls from 813-955-6248 and now 863-578-4580 stating that they are from US National Bank of Florida and are collecting a payday loan debt for another company. They say that we will be arrested and they are calling from the court. They also all and insist on having a warrant against my husband. They state that they will be having him arrested. They have scared him. I have been looking the information on them and notice they are fraudulent, or so I hope. I am concerned. I also called the Atty General Office in Rhode Island. They advised me to go on the do not call list, yet they still call on my husbands company phone. I do not kn what else can be done...help!!

This is a scam. They cannot sue anyone. They only scare people to make them pay. I think you should file a case against them for harassing you with the local police as well as the consumer affairs department of your state.
