Motion to vacate default judgment in missouri

I have a default judgment against me in Missouri that should not have been entered because I was never advised of the hearing in which I was defending myself pro se and had been doing so for several months then I didn't go because they told me the wrong date. So i want the judgment thrown out.

This is by Midland Funding/Kramer & Frank and they never presented any evidence except a robo-signed Affidavit just like the ones they are getting sued for in a class action in Minnesota.

Does anybody have a form I can go by to get started? Do I need to list all the ways they screwed up their case LIKE FALSE EVIDENCE or do I just put that I didn't attend the last hearing because I did not know and they have nothing to show that they told me about the hearing.
