Vacating a judgement

Sometime ago I took a look at my credit report and found a judgement on my report from a company called "Harvest Credit Management VII LLC ASIIT". I've never heard of this company. I went to my local courthouse and found in the file associated with the judgement's case # that they claim a summons was served on my roommate on 2/19/10 in my name and that information was also sent via mail. Both of which never actually happened.
My question is how do I go about vacating this judgment in the city of Syracuse, New York.

Mail service.... you are going to have a hard time proving they did not send.
