i was charged off a month ago with Dell and had been making payments with another collection ag. they made a mistake on a date and it charged off. They cont. to take out payments even after it charged off and then it went V and K. and they want payments i cannot do. I paid them 800.00 and owe them 3000.00 but cannot keep up with those payments. what will happen if i just send them 300-500 per month. Dell still owns the account can this company sue me on behalf of dell even if i make monthly payments and do they have to take the payments i send.

Vanentine & Kebartas Dell collections was assigned the debt either on a contingency basic or they bought the debt for around 10 cents on the dollar from dell. Either way technically they can sue you if they choose to , but usually they would rather settle than spend the time and money to take legal action.
