No related to any case I have, but just curious.
The consumer has the 30-days to send a DV..and I have seen language on collection letters that say "....from the date you have received this notice".
What date really kicks off the 30-days? The date on the letter, the postmark or the day you received it?

Always keep the envelopes. Also any enclosures, and any other scrap of paper they send you. Ya never know what might come in handy down the road.
