What is vendor recovery company?

Debt Vendor Recovery Company is basically a third party collection agency. There are chances that your account has been sold off to this collection agency, or it might also be that this collection agency is working on behalf of Chase. The best way possible would be to speak to this agency and see whats going on. Also if the account has been sold off to collections, it would show up as the Collector's name on your credit report.

how long does it take to show up on a credit report if it's been sold?

PS: I have talked to them already 3 times today! Caller was so rude and loud, she gave me no chance to even make a offer. Pretty much called me a deadbeat and talked and talked until my head almost explored. Kind of funny really. She turn me off and made me not want to settle now! Was not expecting to be attack on the first day they got the account! Plan on calling a bk attorney next week!
