After one calling them to make a payment deal, they started to call me again.
Actually, I sent DV letter with cease & desist, and I got it.
so I sent a verbal offer acceptance letter today before I pay the money.
My question is..
Once I call them, is cease & desist not valid anymore?

My experience went like this: I sent cease letter and over a year later called them. The person i needed to speak to wasn't available so asked for him to call me back... they told me only way he could call me back is if i faxed them something over giving them permission to call me now!
