Just received a voice mail message at work stating " This is Ruth Wells and I'm calling to speak to the manager to verify the company protocol for presenting a formal claim. (Name) has charges and claims against her and she has one opportunity to settle this matter. She advised to call 855-621-7935 and gave a claim number. Then (name) you have been officially notified. Call came from a VoIP number. Any ideas who this number belongs to?

no,but the message screams raging assclown bottomfeeder.report them using the bitches name and that number.then either ignore or hang up on them from now on.a scam.

Interestingly enough when I did try to call them back, I got a voice mail to leave a message and a phone number for them to call me back (nope). So I called the attorney generals office who told me to ignore all calls from them and notify my employer been victim of fraud. These folks can do absolutely nothing and most times are overseas. Just thought others might want the information!

What is really sad is that these people don't care about anything but getting money. They don't care if they cause you to loose your job or anything. File a complaint with your attorney general's office and do make sure you talk to your employer.

Be sure to inform your boss of this SCAM and FRAUD. This reprehensible tactic is a favorite by every bottom feeder, because they know in this economy everyone needs their job, and will often panic at the thought of losing it, or at the embarrassment of getting collection calls at work.

So, most bosses will understand, just tell them that this illegal outfit is attempting to scam money out of you by making false claims of debt owed, that you have already told them to cease calling your place of employment but that they continue to do so illegally.
