CashNetUsa / VRM Associates 877-350-1514

So haven't heard anything from CashNet since last year. Checked my credit report last month and a company by the name of AIS Services was listed as a debt collector for CashNetUSA...never heard from them or received anything in the mail so I disputed it and it was removed.
So then a few weeks later (YESTERDAY) I get this very rude lady, Mrs.Grey, calling me at work talking about they have a civil claim against me for CashNetUsa. The company is VRM & Associates or something like that. She kept talking over me and calling me a liar and refused to let me get a word in. I told her she needed to send me something in the mail regarding this account. She again said what they all say, we mailed something to me already. Yeah okay, just because you have my address doesn't mean you mailed it to me. She kept demanding I send her to personnel and I told her to give me her number so I can call her back. She refused at first, but I kept talking over her so she finally gave it to me and then I hung up on her. She called back at the receptionist desk and was trying to get information about me, I heard the receptionist say we don't give out personal employee information. When she asked for human resources the receptionist wouldn't give her the info, cause she had heard me yelling at her.
These people are idots

I used to work for part GM and after being laid off I took a job in collections. This company VRM group I used to work for. The information I am about to provide is to help people. I worked for this company for a short period of time to find out all of there illegal practices that they promote.
Be aware if this company calls you. Granite they are collecting on legitimate debts for the most part. There payday loans are legitimate, but there credit card debits they try to collect are usually in most cases are out of statute. By out of stat I mean they have been written off by the bank and they should be uncollectible but these people try to collect the debt anyways. Do not make a payment on these accounts because it renews the debt for 7 years. Most states the statute of limitations is 7 years but check your state laws. It goes by your last payment date. This company will try to collect them anyways. They buy these zombie debts usually for .0035 cents on the dollar and try to collect the face value. So if they have a $5000.00 balance they only paid $17.50 for that account. Ridiculous isn't it?
Another big law they break that you want to be aware of if you are dealing with them is they will add money onto the balance that you actually owe. For example if you owe a debt for $800.00 they train people to get the debtor on the phone and say they owe triple the balance in this case would be $2400.00. I never did this but have seen others take advantage of people. This is a total violation of the law and could be interpreted as fraud.
I plan to go to channel 2 news to report there illegal activity and I am in the process of writing a book that will help the average consumer. I have inside documents that supports and promotes there employees to break the law. I have been in this industry for three years and have a lot of knowledge to help the average consumer.
They will also look up your county and threaten to sue you if you don't make arrangements. That’s a lie they won't do anything.
I recommend not dealing with these people. If you do tape record all of your conversations with them. Soon VRM will be another boarded up building. Stand up for your rights and good luck.
They will refuse to give you there address if you ask them but it is:
There address is:
Vision Receivable Management Group

Hope this information is helpful.
Other phone numbers they use:

Thanks soooo much for the information. My landlord just received a nasty threatening msg on her recorder about me. They obviously cross referenced address and got her home number. Now she is mad at me. When I got that stupid loan I was extremely desperate for help and made too much to get any real help and not enough to not need it.
they make up loans too. they said they deposited # into my bank
they make up loans too. they said they deposited # into my bank account in july 2008. i didnt even have a bank account until feb 2009 and i only started my new job on 6/30/08 after being out of work. they refused to give me my info in writing saying after i pay they would provide the debt info. i also reminded them that payday loans are illegal in nys. she said they are licensed in all states...i recommended she read the nys attorney general website regarding payday loans. i reminded her that by law she has to provide me in writing w debt info and her reply was "we dont have to follow that law" yea, ok...can you say big fat scam? dont trust them. now that i know they are in NY i am definitely reporting them. she also told me if its not my loan and someone used my name i am still responsible...yea i dont think im held accountable for identity theft moron. she said she was calling back my employer to have my wages garnished directy to them. im pretty sure that has to go through the courts and signed by a judge so good luck with that one. again, that law doesnt apply to them. monday im reporting to the nys attorney general, nys banking dept. ftc, fbi fraud unit and anyone else i can find. im not going to tolerate them calling my job and my fathers home (that i havnt lived in since 2005) with threats of a law suit for unpaid debt. the law that states they cant discuss the debt w anyone but you and or your lawyer must not apply to them either...IDIOTS!!!
VRM Group Employee
VRM Group run by Judy Adams and Fred Rock in Buffalo is a scumbag debt collection outfit that will soon be shut down. Word is that the feds have been poking around there and the Attorney General is starting to get a hard on for them. If you deal with them contact the NY State Attorney Generals Office http://www.ag.ny.gov/ .... Here are some of the real names of collectors there..... alias - Charles Logan is Matthew Long.. a felon .... alias Alex Westlake is Jamie Lake from Kaisertown is South Buffalo..... .. Judy Allen is the office manager and doesn't know feces from five star cuisine and is running the operation into the ground. Arguments between collectors and lawsuits are becoming the norm there so if you are smart then you won't pay them. Other numbers they use are 1-866-996-9926 or 1-800-841-4010 ....they change numbers every month so as to not be found out....

Maybe you work for VRM??
As long as the information is able to be validated it is OK. Most of the things that were stated should be public information anyway, there are very few trade secrets in collections.
