Also, I would imagine that when they attempt to garnish your wages and it doesn't go through because you are no longer at your previous job...they will figure out where you are based on your taxes. I'm sure someone else will come along with more specific info though :)

If you had a judgment placed against you in another state and you move to Texas I am almost positive that they would have to hire someone in Texas to enforce the judgment. It is up to the person who sued you not the court to enforce a judgment.
They can't garnish your wages in Texas I know that. I am not sure about your bank account though, someone else might know.
