First off...
These people are RUDE...and don't care if you are the only one working...
How can they collect on a debt if the company they are collecting for is NO longer in operation....Washington Mutual..
They threatened me if I didn't agree to pay 80.00 every 2 weeks....

The company was bought by chase so the debt still exists...just
The company was bought by chase so the debt still exists...just because the original company is no longer in existance doesnt mean the debt would go away.
Collectors dont care if you are the only one working....there is nothing in your card holder/loan agreement that states "it you are the only one working in your family working we will lower your payment". It is is their job to collect the funds.

Call them back on your terms and stand your ground.
And if you don't like the agent.....amputate 'em and call back in a hour saying you got disconnected.
