I am quite upset with myself for forgetting about this and am now at crunch time
Is the Affidavit still hearsay even if notarized?
Affidavit says original creditor is Metris I have no idea who they are!!!
Obviously at a minimum I must show up in court! Do I still object to Affidavit as hearsay?
Is virginia a state in which collection agency needs to be licensed? I tried searching but I didnt find anything granted I am not very good at that sort of thing.
CacheLLC is client of Dominion Law Associates whom seem to have less than stellar reputation

The acct in question was originally opened in 2005 and closed in 2006 and mysteriously in 05/2009 a payment was made funny since I was unemployed at the time and had no money
Also found another acct Dominion law is attempting to collect on funny a payment made that month as well and again unemployed at the time
