Violation of the FDCPA

I received a collection call from someone identifying themselves as Wells Fargo Home Mortgage today - then they stated the mini miranda in the voicemail they left. They identified they were calling for me and my wife in the voicemail. I work as a loss mitigation professional and recognized this as a violation. Am I right? Can I sue?
