I have two auto loans (I am a co-signer on one) and the person I co-signed for is not making the payments. I need to consolidate both loans. Wells Fargo turned me down. Where else can I go?

It is not likely that anyone is going to lend you the money using two cars as collateral.
The car that you cosigned on....are you making the payments? If necessary, repo it and sell it. Get rid of the payment.
