I have dealt with them, along with LVNVs' many other dba's. LVNV and their companies are well know for not validating a debt, harrassing phone calls, etc.
What I did was, send WW&R a debt validation letter also, along with a copy that I had sent to the previous ones, stating that they have not validated the debt. After a while I made sure that I included all of LVNVs dba's.
It doesn't matter if the debt is out of the SOL or not with them, mine was. Ours was a debt from 1980's and a cc that I had not used for many years, and had paid off three times over!!
