payday loan

I was contacted today from a collection agency, stating that i have a unpaid payday loan dated Jun 2005, i live in Virginia, what is the statue of limitation for payday loans in my state.

i'm guessing this was by phone,and there were alot of "bogus terms"thrown around.do this.when not if they call again demand something in writing and state you will not just pay a voice over the phone.if they get nasty report them to your local police.with the glut of scams that threaten to collect on old loans you never again just pay a voice,and a threatening one at that.
