well, now there is a different attrny showed up in court, not the one we had spoken 2 the lat 3 times b4 the judge. I think the other isle attrny had a stand in, this attnry KNEW nuting of my case.. What tis is, a BUffalo collections agency CANT collect LEGALLY in my State of HAWAII, so he contacted a local attrny here WHO does collections, this debt collectors lives on a separate isle from Me.. in court he should have shown in person, BUT he got a another GUY who lives on my isle to represent him.. he hand given me a sppl. declaration--which I objected TOO with moving papers(incourt) NOW he faxed to the court THEY WANT A WITNESS TO TESTIFY IN COURT OVER THE PHONE AND NOT SHOW UP, AND IF HE DOES SHOW UP, THEY WANT MONEIES TO COVER HIS FLIGHT TO HI FOR CRT. COULD I QUESTION WHO IS THIS WITNESSS BEFORE WE GO TO COURT AND ASK REAL HARD QUESTIONS TO THIS WITNESS.. WHAT IS HE TESTIFYING 2??? THAT HE WORKS FOR MY OLD CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND I HAD AN ACCT WITH THEM.. HOW FAR BACK DID HE WORK FOR MY CC COMP.
