I got a call from them on Monday telling me of an credit card account I got with Aspire Credit Card. I owe them $600. I think the original limit was $300. I have set up a payment plan with them with the first payment of $169 to be paid this Friday. I did not give them any information I will send it by Western Union. I filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2000 and I think I got that card in 2003 before I was discharged. I was wondering does this account fall under the bankruptcy I have? Does anyone have a answer for this.

I think you may mean "after you were discharged" regarding the credit card you got in 2003.

I don't know of any Chapter 7 bankrutpcy that would take 3 years to be discharged.

As mentioned above, if you did not include the debt in the filing of the bankruptcy, you will not be able to include it now, after the discharge. Once your bankruptcy is discharged, all debts included in the bankruptcy filing are eliminated - but debts that you incur after the discharge are valid and would need to be paid.
