ACS Inc Scam
Date: Mon, 08/13/2012 - 12:11
Hello. I am wondering about his scam because not only are they calling on my cell phone but also my work phone as well.
They called about 100x in about an hour on my WORK phone and my boss is livid at me because of it.
I dont know how they got my information, my work place, and all of this other stuff. They gave me some account # and when I tried to tell them that wasnt my account information they said "oh well this # must not be your work # either"
Not only did they call ME a fraud but called my employer a begger and a b*tch.
How do I make these stop?:x

You need to inform your HR/supervisor/reception that you are being targeted by scammers and all such calls should be ignored and the number blocked. What you need to do is file complaints against the name and the number with the county police and file complaints against ACS with the AG and the FTC.

I understand what you're going through. If you really don't owe any debt to them, then send a Cease and Desist letter to them. Explain the entire situation to your boss. If required, report the matter to the CFPB.
